"Simone was great! Being from out of state we were clueless as to where to start. She was patient and took time to leave stem to and address our many concerns. Perhaps she handles all her clients in the same fashion, but we were made to feel as if she was treating us "special", we felt her care and attention to us was personal. I was having trouble getting my IPad to work properly when trying to set up account which the title office. I didn't have a car at the time so could not meet her at her office. She drove and met me at a Starbucks park walking distance from where I was staying and helped me get set up and deposit sent in. She has given us referrals for house maintenance service. We closed on the house 8/24 and she has checked in on us to ensure all is going well We felt blessed to have had Simone as our realtor. She was just the best."
