Wonderful experience

I initially thought I wouldn't need a realtor, but I am so happy that a friend recommended me to work with Simone. She was incredibly helpful throughout this process and made me feel much more comfortable and confident in my decisions as a first-time homebuyer. She went above-and-beyond at every stage. For example, as we were doing a more thorough inspection of the home during the contract phase, she literally would get on the ground and point out every small thing that could be addressed by the seller before closing. I really appreciated her willingness to speak up about things that I personally felt uncomfortable discussing (e.g., pushing for a better deal, pointing out necessary repairs). I think this speaks to the personal care she shows to clients. I would highly recommend working with Simone if you have the chance!
