Simone was quick to respond to my initial outreach Speaking in detail on what things we need and what things we preferred. She quickly got a good impression of the things that were important to us and worked quickly to ensure we could view as many houses in the 1 week that we had available to househunt. Going further than her immediate area and literally booking entire days out just to work with our schedule. Between her and Ashley they worked hard to narrow down our searches, show us other options and phone anyone necessary to answer our questions within minutes of us asking. Including plats, internet services, HOA agreements, all were promptly text or emailed to us to review. Amazingly we did find a property 1 day before we were due to leave and they went above and beyond organising the closing walkthrough virtually. Inspection and septic, forwarding us all the utilities in the area. Even turning up early to let in the cleaners we had arranged for the closing day. They met with us on the day we arrived to handover keys with pizza and prosecco - What could be better! Overall our experience was 11/10 we absolutely got the dream home we wanted, in great time, with no hiccups along the way.

It's rare that I give top marks, but we were moving from Virginia to Florida and we probably asked more of Simone that we normally would from a Realtor. We looked at so many properties in a single week, then had to return back to VA. Simone handled everything else in our absence until the day we actually moved into the property. As we are British, the whole purchasing process is not familiar to us and Simone held our hand through this and took the time to answer some really basic questions. This included her traveling to the property multiple times over the processing period for inspections, etc. The only thing that might know the score down a little is a slight lack of the systems in the homes we looked at. For example, roof condition, HVAC systems, electrical hookups, water systems, etc. Luckily, the house we eventually bought pretty much had new everything. Thank you Simone for your patience with us! We will definitely hit you up if we are looking for an additional property and will recommend you to friends and family.
