Simon was more of a family member than an agent. He went the extra mile of making our first home purchase run fluently. It took me a minute to write this review because I didnt know where to start. When I tell you Simon did an amazing job helping me find a home. From the first phone call I made he was ready go help me purchase a house. I explained to him what I was looking for and he narrowed down the search for me. Simon was very flexible and accommodating  with my work schedule. He would go out of his way to show me houses regardless of the time or day. He knew exactly what i was looking for in a home, at times we would walk into a house and he would say "let's go I know your not going to like this house"!. He was patient as we looked at many houses and never gave up and kept promising me that he will find me my dream home. He explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand from making an offer,appraisals and working with mortgage banker...etc. Simon is very professional and great to work with. He was honest with me and didn't want to sell any home to me.I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house! You will not regret it!
