As a potential buyer I was kind of just left in the dark a lot. Why do I have to keep checking in on the status of things? Other professionals I work with keep me up to date on things that transpire on their side of things and I do the same. Is this not an expectation of Realtors?

He was very capable of managing every aspect of the stressful remodel and sale of my father’s home in South San Jose. He worked closely with me and my family to identify and implement all repairs and necessary remodeling to prepare the house for sale. He was always available to help us, night or day, with any problem that arose. He personally oversaw the staging, marketing and showing of the home. Because of Simon’s excellent knowledge of the current market he was very successful in pricing and negotiating a sales price, on our behalf, that exceeded our expectations. The preparation and sale of this house was emotionally stressful for me and my family and Simon’s steady, confident and upbeat personality helped guide us through this difficult time. He also had the patience and skill to effectively communicate with our elderly father. Simon is one of the best realtors I’ve ever worked with and I feel very fortunate that we found him to work with us on this project!
