Simon was very proactive throughout the process of selling our rental property. We were impressed with his knowledge of how to use social media to publicize our property. He was very patient with us as we took time to make decisions and presented us with a number of sales options. When the offer was made on the property, it was considerably more than we expected. We were very satisfied with Simon's courtesy, follow-up ability, and ease to work with. We recommend highly.
