I can scarcely overstate what an outstanding realtor Simon Cox was in helping us to buy a house with which we are very happy. He knows the Dearborn and wider Detroit-area market extremely well. He quickly understood our goals and was proactive in bringing to our attention various properties that might interest us. He was consistently responsive -- responding at all hours to our questions and giving us helpful, informative answers. And -- most important -- Simon demonstrated outstanding integrity in his dealings with us. In the late stages of our purchase process -- after we had entered into contract, but before closing -- it emerged that a miscommunication had arisen in the three-way communication among us and the sellers and Simon. We were very impressed with how Simon handled this situation with integrity and diplomacy and tact, at personal cost to himself. If we ever want to buy or sell a property in the Dearborn/Detroit area in the future, we will certainly come back to Simon again.
