I have been in the Real Estate world for over 17 years listing and selling residential investment, land, and commercial properties. This has given me a number of different experiences in business, marketing, and advertising. I understand every aspect of the market specializing in foreclosures and I pride myself on gaining experience in a bit of everything. I am on the cutting edge of today’s marketing tools, technology, and work diligently on every detail to help you accomplish your goal. I immigrated to this country over 37 years ago from Iran and I am blessed to have become a U.S. citizen. I consider Chico to be my true home and I love to give back to the community when I can. For many years I have involved myself in the Chico community by doing volunteer work for organizations such as, Chico Rotary club, Boys and Girls Club, Chamber of Commerce, and various other groups in the area. In order to be successful, It is vital to get to know my clients and their needs to fulfill their expectations. Stress-Free Experience

I have worked with Sima numerous times and she always goes above and beyond to help in any way.

Sima is well versed in real estate knowledge and has a great network of professionals to help with getting your home for the market. I was out of state when I sold my home and Sima had to help with my renter and getting my home ready to sell. She really went above the duties that needed to do for me. I can't say enough about her professionalism and how personal she is with her clients. I would highly recommend her for the sale or purchase of a home.
