She not only had an amazing style and creativity but also brought personal decorations and furniture. What I liked the most though is that she listened to me very attentively and did what I wanted done, didn’t want to impose her ideas, nor was rushing me as I have noticed with every other real estate agent from previous experience. She went beyond herself to ensure that I liked the photos. She had to repeat the photo session with a different company as she agreed with me not liking the photos. As for her knowledge in the real estate business I was also impressed with her competence. She was very quick and responsive and the papers she prepared for the transaction were spotless. Sure enough as a result of her knowledge and experience with all - from the staging to the deal closing I sold the house at a higher than asking price. I got the offer that sold it within few hours of her posting the house for sale. I think this speaks by itself and says more than anything I can write about her. I am super happy to have found her. I highly recommend her as the best realtor I have ever dealt with ( and I have dealt with many before her). I would give her 10/10 having in mind that I am pretty demanding and have high standards.
