Our situation was maybe a little more difficult for a standard agent because we were trying to decide between both investment properties and potentially looking to buy a personal home, but Silviu was on top of everything. First off, Silviu was very knowledgeable when it came to investment properties. He has years on top of years of experience with personally managing hundreds of apartments and years of running teams that manage entire portfolios of investment properties. He would know the best areas to invest in (both stabilized and up-and-coming areas), point out potential issues that could’ve costed us big in the future, and helped bring a mixture of great value-add ideas to properties he’d find for us!
