What can I say!? We had been shopping on and off for several years. Prior to SIlvia, we kept being disappointed and discouraged by other agents who clearly are in the business for themselves. Silvia gave us the tools and knowledge to look (at our own pace even) for our family home. The experience, wisdom and knowledge she brought to us was strengthened by her positive personality. We had never felt pressured or compelled to any home and she was positive at every showing while not afraid to say its a good or bad home. Very timely on precise on all documents, time frames and explained the process like no other. I will look for Silvia Tello again in the future should we decide to sell and buy and she has our votes/ recommendations to any and all who wants a great agent

As a first time home buyer, I was pretty nervous about buying my first home. I had no actual knowledge of home buying but Silvia helped me from start to finish. She was extremely professional in her work but also was great at giving me the right advise throughout the whole process. She always did her best to make sure my wants and needs were met first. She was also always available whether it be through call, text, or showing a house promptly. She was the best real estate agent I could have ever hoped for and became a wonderful friend in the process. I can assure you, she is the best you can find! I was truly blessed to have the opportunity to work with her.
