Silvia was recommended to us by a good friend when we were just passively looking for houses. Since we were first time homebuyers and had a certain type of home that we were looking for, we were very new to the process and relied on a lot of great resources to point us to the right directions. Silvia was one of those resources. She was always very willing to get on a call with us whenever we needed in order to establish our goals and find the best options for us. No detail was too small for her to address and follow up on and no question was ever left unanswered when we would speak with her. Since she was based in Denver and the homes we were interested in were located in Colorado Springs, she was also always more than willing to drive down and do site visits whenever the homes would be ready for showing. When we did end up purchasing our property, Silvia guided us through the whole process from start to close. We even closed while out of state but the process was so seamless. We knew that Silvia was doing all the communication for us and we trusted that she was always fighting for us even if we did not see any of the back and forth correspondences between the different agents. Even amidst this market, we were still able to close on a great deal that checked all our boxes. We got all the necessary steps completed to make sure we were not walking into a money pit.
