Silvia did a great job selling my house. She had an open house set up the first weekend. Photos were taken along with the house information to make a wonderful packet on the house. Silvia gave me ideas on how to stage my house for the today buyers. She kept in close contact with me. Updating me all the time. We had 3 contracts, 2 fell thru. Silvia would just start all over again. I was ready to give up selling it before winter, but she kept putting my house out there and it sold just after Thanksgiving. She did it!
