My home sold quickly and at a good price because of Silvia's efforts on my behalf. What more do you need to know? She was enthusiastic about my property and communicated that enthusiasm to potential buyers. She held 2 wonderful open houses. She was concerned and so helpful to me during the normal stresses of selling a home and buying a new one - giving great advise and tips. Her confidence in the selling process gave me peace of mind.
