We entered the housing market with reservations and much unfamiliarity. From the day we met Silvia in our old home and through closing, she was amazing. Silvia has a vast knowledge of the area in South Jersey, which is exactly what we were looking for. She never pressured us into a house, instead only cared for the needs of our family. Selling our house, and then trying to buy a new one in a very strong "sellers' market" was beyond stressful, but Silvia navigated us through it all with confidence a patience, ultimately leading to our dream home. Silvia was always honest about what to expect, and was always real and practical. Added to all that, Silvia is a pleasure to be around and extremely responsive, which is huge in a realtor!
