Silvia was recommended to us by an agent in Tampa once we realized we wanted to look for a home further north. From the beginning Silvia was great at listening to what we wanted and helping us to identify houses that might be a good fit. She was very patient and willing to look at properties that weren't always in the best shape and several times trudging through some less than ideal backyards. As we were working from out of state, Silvia was great at doing virtual showings with us. Ultimately, she found us a great property and got us one of the first showings to make our offer competitive.
