I am a German, bilingual in English & German and have been in sales for about 44 years now. As a previous Manager for a Government Contractor in Illinois and then Retail Manager in Oklahoma I developed a Team Spirit Management Style. The Golden Rule Conduct is important in all my day to day activity and I strive to do right by everyone! Diversity and respect for other folk's culture and personality is a must do as well! I strive to give Buyers and Sellers detailed real estate service with a combination of humor, detailed knowledge in all related fields of the real estate transaction, honesty and conduct business simply with a "down to earth" attitude. Buyers and Sellers are calling me the "Realtor who works" or "The Energizer Bunny"; kind of funny, but like guess that is how they feel. My excellent skills consist of problem solving, people skills, attention to detail, communication, providing great knowledge to the parties I am working with, marketing and getting the transaction done in a timely manner. My weak skill is: no tolerance for laziness! You have a job to do: DO IT and do it right the first time! When doing business with me you will be receiving a wealth of information during the buying or selling process and my detailed assistance to accomplish the mission: either selling or buying a property. I believe in learning and enhancing my real estate wisdom to benefit Buyers and Sellers. At my firm we reserve a percentage from every sale so we can give back to the Community. Excellent Realtor
