I had a wonderful experience working with Silva and highly recommend her for your next real estate transaction. She listed my unique Glendale property in early December and sold it above listed price. Her extensive real estate experience gave her a vision for this property that she marketed perfectly to find the unique buyer/developer the property needed. She negotiated multiple offers and an escrow extension with tremendous calm, patience and professionalism. Overall it was a '10' experience- I feel so lucky to have worked with Silva and look forward to working with her again in the in the future.

Working with Silva was fabulous. She knew the neighborhood and the market and researched the building and my unit history to work with me to come up with a fair price recommendation. She met with me to determine my goals for the sale; she reviewed my situation to make the sale as easy as possible for me. She provided her team to help make everything ready to put the unit on the market. When we hit a snag on the inspection, she made it possible for me to resolve the situation long distance using her team and her resources. And I feel like I made a friend. I have recommended her to everyone I know and recommend her to you through this review. You will not find anyone better!

I feel so lucky to have met Silva. She had the experience and skill, and personality to sell my house, at over the asking price. She was 100% dedicated to finding the right buyer.
