My family had the pleasure of working with Sierra on our journey to finding our first home. Sierra made the process smooth and easy. She would consistently send us new house listings daily, which was a plus for us since finding a home during this market was crazy. She would immediately schedule viewings when we would request to view a house. Sierra would also send reports containing very useful information about the neighborhood in which the house was located at including nearby schools and their ratings which was very useful for our family since we have kids! After receiving our house keys, Sierra still checks in and when ever we have any questions or doubts she is there to assist us when she can. Overall it was very pleasant experience workmen with Sierra and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a house.

Sierra came in and was so professional. Explained the whole process and made sure we had everything we needed for the sale of our home. She answered all the questions we had for everything and never hesitated or delayed in responding to us. I would use Sierra for any sale of a home we have and I will always recommend her to friends and family.

Sierra was very knowledgeable of Riverside and my area she always answered all of my questions as best she could. She always let me know when I had an email from her or docusign and I thought that was great for someone like me who never checks their email as often as I should. She was very kind and helpful to my needs of selling my house. VA loans are notoriously strict and tricky but Sierra is a very professional negotiater and made sure that all parties involved in the loan process were successful.
