I had never purchased a home before and to be honest, I was a bit clueless. I knew Sierra through law enforcement and was immediately attracted to her positive energy and drive to do and be better. I reached out to Sierra and she advised me of the first steps to take in the process. She told me that we could go look at as many homes as I wanted, but there was zero pressure from her and that was absolutely the truth. It took a bit of time, but when I was ready, she was right there to take me around to view homes. As soon as I found the home I was looking for, that night (even though it had gotten late), she put in my offer but also made sure that I understood everything that I was agreeing to and signing. Throughout the process, Sierra was always there to answer questions either via text, email or phone call and provided consistent updates. I received all of my documents via e-signing which was super convenient. She never let me sign anything without making sure I understood it first. Sierra kept me up to date every step of the way and I could not be more grateful. Even as issues arose, she dealt with the listing agent and I didn't have to do a thing. Sierra is professional, kind, funny and truly only wants the best of her clients. I would highly recommend Sierra to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a home.
