We contacted Siara because we were ready to sell our home and purchase a larger home due to our growing family. I used Siara to purchase some land. I told her what I would bid. She actually negotiated a better price, and the seller agreed to pay ALL fees andcosts associated with the purchase of the land. Now, we are only talking a $24,000 piece of land, so her commission was only around $720. But, despite that, she still went out of her way and showed up at the closing. And, whenever I texted/called with a question, before or after the sale, she would contact me usually within 30 minutes, max. Outstanding service.
