Shoshana was excellent as my realtor. She helped me navigate the process of buying my first condo, and I had a lot of questions about the entire process. She explained why I was filling out what I was filling out, what certain fees were for, why certain steps of the process were important, etc. On top of that she gave me good advice when I asked, and this lead to negotiating a price that gave me a very attractive cost for the value of my condo. She also worked with my budget and found me great options to choose from based on what I want. I highly recommend Shoshana. She was patient with me, kind, and was very knowledgeable of the entire process.

I would give Shoshanna 10 stars if I could. I met her a bit later in my home search after 2 failed contracts in a sellers market. Her patience, thoroughness, tact and knowledge led to closing on a home that was nothing short of perfect! She was always willing to go the extra mile to show me properties on weekends and remained flexible with my busy schedule. I would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely use again in the future!
