Met Shonna at open house and once agreed to moveforward with the property working togther found her to be unlike other agents that I had come across, as they were only interested to have me sign on the dotted line without care. That was not Shonna. She was very precise, patient, supportive, professional, and willing to take time to review all aspect: before signing the contract going through every line, making sure what was implied was understood and provide possible options to be considered.
