A wonderful experience from start to finish!

We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed working with Shonna to sell our condo. We met her before we were even sure we were going to sell, but knew that when the time came, we would work with her! Once the big decision was made, Shonna patiently guided us through the process. Time from market to offer was 5 days!! It was fast, but Shonna kept us calm and helped us accept the best offer, 15K over asking! The only downside of selling our condo is that we won't be seeing Shonna as much! But we know we've made a lifelong friend!
