Shonn had help me find 2 homes, my first home was in Pittsburg in 2005, my 2nd home he help me find 2019 is in Rio Vista my retirement home, I am so happy here in Rio Vista I would never through about moving to Rio Vista if it wasn't for Shonn. Also the paper work WOW so much but he was right there went I had question anytime of the day, the patience he had went I will ask the same question sometime he took his time to explain to me were I was able to understand. Thank you Shonn I am so happy here enjoy my retirement home.

Shonn was awesome to work with! Being a first time home buyer- I had a ton of questions and had no idea what I was doing. Shonn was there to help me, answer all of my questions and was available to me via text/phone almost any time of the day. He was professional with the sellers, flexible with my schedule, and gave me great advice. Would definitely recommend him to anyone, especially first time home buyers like myself!

this is the second time I went through Shonn to fine a home he is very patient and knowledgeable he help me sell and buy my home and let me tell you that was very stressing but ?Shonn made sure I stay calm because he took care of everything, I can call Shonn at any time and he was always there to answer my question even went I ask the same question over and over LOL he is professional and awesome.
