Shonda helped me with my first home purchase in...

Shonda helped me with my first home purchase in May of 2016 and was absolutely wonderful to work with! She walked me through everything and was endlessly patient answering all my questions, even the ones I didn't think to ask! She made the whole process an absolute joy and I truly appreciate all of her help looking at what felt like a million houses before I found the perfect one! I cannot express how much I love my new home, and I definitely wouldn't be here without Shonda helping me navigate all of the 1st Time Home Buyer programs out there and finding the perfect starter home when there were so few on the market. Thank you!
