I have now used Shonda twice, once to buy a property and again to sell a property and each time she was amazing. I swear she's so thorough that it's like she is reading your mind. She asks the questions that you don't even know need to be asked and she is not afraid to push the envelope to ensure that you get the best deal possible. As a first time homebuyer, I was somewhat nervous about the "unknown" in the home buying process. However, Shonda was very pleasant from the first conversation we ever had, all the way through to the end of the process, making the process very comfortable and easy-going; She educated my husband and I in every step of the process, as well as provided us with other resources, which was a pleasant surprise as most people have a "don't ask don't tell" or "blunt" demeanor about them. However, Shonda was very efficient in answering any and all questions we had, upfront with any changes/delays, responded to our emails/texts promptly and truly dedicated herself to find properties within our description and price range. My biggest pet peave is for someone to completely ignore my wishes and do what they want to do anyway; However, we never once felt rushed or influenced to go against our vision of our "dream home", although she did encourage us to be open minded, which was the best advice she could have given as our realtor(realistically).
