Shonda was great at explaining the process to me and getting back to me quickly when I had questions. This was my first house and she stepped me through the process and was always there when I had questions or didn't understand something. I honestly don't know anything she could have done better.

Shonda assisted us in our long-distance interstate property search. This presents its own set of challenges, but she accelerated to the top. She understood our wants and desires, as well as our limited in-person timeline. She helped us with a variety of showings and even assisted in recommending a painter contractor and meeting with them at the property before we came back to close interstate so we could have an estimate in hand with a start date. She has always said, and continues to this date, to say "if there is anything else you need me to do, don't hesitate to call and ask". I contacted Shonda thru Zillow when the realtor I was using could not accommodate my schedule(I was an out of town/no on site buyer). She hopped on the listings and showed my 9 houses in a weekend. Then kept in touch with me when the first house did not work out(seller issue)--showed me 6 more houses and then did a few repeat showings and found me a house. She gave me the local info, treated me as a friend and offered to help with things as needed. Even offered help or guidance thru a recent hurricane. She is honest and kind. I found her to be compassionate as well. Very professional in her communication. I was glad I happened to find her and would recommend her to anyone.
