If you’re looking for a good, honest person to help guide you through the process of buying a new home or renting out your old home, Raj is your guy. He truly goes above and beyond what’s expected from a realtor. Before my husband and I signed a contract for a new construction home, we figured we should hire a realtor to help us through the daunting process of working with a builder to build our new home. We reached out to him late one night after researching realtors on Google. The next morning before we even met Raj in person, he took it upon himself to drive down to Kyle to talk to our Builder’s Sales Rep to negotiate an extra $5,000 in builder incentives. Needless to say we hired him immediately because we knew we needed someone like him that would have our back and do everything he can to help us save money.
