Very patient and knowledgable in a tough market

Shirley and I worked together for over a year before we finally had an offer accepted. We toured countless homes of all different qualities, often multiple on the same day. Shirley never once said no to any house I was considering and put together many offers sometimes on houses she hadn't taken me too as I found them as an open house. She also was very informative in the fact that she would tell me other similar houses were selling for so that we would be able to put a competitive offer on the ones we thought would be the best fit for me. Without her knowledge of the market and our talks of what I was looking for, so that she could send me listings as soon as she saw them I would have been at a total loss.
