Working with Mrs. Tropp was nothing less than enjoyable. I was not a first time home buyer and I knew what to expect, or so I thought. Shirley made this experience very easy and understandable. From initial contact with her, I knew exactly what to expect during this process at all times. The amount of honesty was very impressive. Her helpfulness and resourcefulness made this experience far better and easier than I could have imagined! Shirley exceeded every expectation that I had as far as keeping me updated and informed during the course of buying experience. Shirley did an excellent job listening to the features that we described that we wanted in a house. She also kept in mind location when showing us houses to meet our driving needs. She was always very professional, always had appointments ready, and was never pushy. Shirley also stayed within our budget, never showing houses exceeding our budget, but also not keeping toward the higher end of our budget just so she could make a larger commission. Shirley truly wanted to help us find the perfect house for us and she did!
