Shirley Rockwell

Shirley goes above and beyond being a real estate agent. She did so many things for me in not only selling my Mom's house, but in getting it ready to sell. She made trips to donation centers for me, found someone to clean the house so we could show it and when it was under contract, she had the one thing that didn't pass inspection fixed for a minimal amount of money!!! She was extremely competent with her market analysis, she made suggestions, but we discussed the best options and made decisions together. She called me whenever something occurred that she thought I needed to know -- I always knew when we were going to have a potential buyer looking at the house and to me, she is a total professional in all aspects. Best of all, we put the house on the market on Wednesday and had a contract by Saturday.
