I had sold five properties before I hired her to sell my condo I only used one agent twice and I would have used him again, but he retired. But it turns out I am glad he retired, not that he was not good, but she is great, she cares. And it’s not because she tells you she cares, she shows she cares. I caused her a lot of stress, but she put it somewhere and hide it. I know it was there cause I caused it. She is a perfectionist when it comes to her job, which I didn’t take seriously, because other agents did not care about time, being on time, getting the place ready on time, getting information to them on time.
