Once again Shirley used her communication skills to keep me informed through out the entire process. In my opinion communication is key in these transactions. And I appreciate her stating on top of that for me. Through out my numerous transactions over the many years I have found agents lack the ability to listen and communicate. Thank goodness that is not the case with Shirley.
