Shirley was the perfect agent for my parents at this stage in their lives, as they were downsizing. Buying and selling a home can be very stressful for anyone, but she was there every step of the way, guiding my parents with utmost patience and understanding through the entire process. Whenever we had a question about anything, she responded immediately. There is always some level of uncertainty in the real estate process, but whenever something unexpected happened, she always made sure we understood exactly what was going on. Not only did we find a perfect agent in Shirley, but more importantly, we found a friend for life.

I don’t write reviews very often.. Shirley is the exception to my rule. Shirley has been nothing short of fantastic since my first time contacting her till the close of escrow. I wanted my home sold quickly and Shirley knew this aggressive timeline was important to me. She got it DONE. Shirley answered all my questions and if she didn’t know the answer, she would find it quickly. Shirley is an expert in her field therefore she is busy.. but she does not forget to call and provide updates weekly, if not, daily. I never felt overlooked or uncared for. Shirley truly cares and is passionate about her job!

Good communication and good service

Shirley had been very patient and accommodating. She had no problem driving from Riverside to Chino/Ontario so we could see properties and we did it for several weekends. We made offers to more than 10 properties, even had disappointing encounters with a few sellers or their agents. The property we finally got did not come easy either. While we gave her instructions, it was her negotiating skills that closed the deal that's mutually beneficial to us and the seller. I highly recommend Shirley to whoever needs to buy residential property.

As a first time buyer me and my wife had amazing experience with shirley as our realtor . She was so hands on since the start of the process of getting our home till the end.we dont have any idea what to do as a amateur buyer but she walk us through our journey of getting our dream home. Shirley is both a professional and experience realtor. Within 3 days of contacting her and doing the necessary paperwork to get started she had no less than seven interested parties for our home and two serious inquiries. Our home sold without even putting out a for sale sign.
