The real estate market for buyers in New Hampshire is treacherous. With sellers in the driver seat, Shirley was able to guide me to a successful purchase in spite of other counter offers over mine. On top of that she shortened the closing time to meet the seller's 3 week window. Shirley was experienced in the formal aspects of the real estate market but she was great at the nuanced issues that made closing the deal possible.
