This is the second time in about a year that Shirley has helped me sell some property. Both were Estate sales and while I expected that to make them complicated she took the worry away. She worked with my attorney to make sure all the titles and deeds were in order and even took care of the final utility bill and fire inspection certificate. And yes, she even made sure the properties sold for a good market price. I highly recommend her whether you are selling or buying.
