Buying a home when you live out of state (Hawaii) and are unable to fly back and forth is not easy. So, having an agent who listens and cares is very important. Shirley worked tirelessly to help us find the right house in this ever changing market. Being so far away created many hurdles and a 4 hour time difference meant many late nights for her, but she continued to go out of her way to help us with issues that are beyond an agents job! As if that wasn't impressive enough, the follow up care we have been given (as our move was very different from most) has been outstanding! She has literally become 'ohana (family) to us and we are forever grateful!
