I have worked with many residential and commercial agents over 40 years and Shirley is the best. We couldn't have a better agent representing us. Focus on what needed to be done to market the property, her advice was crucial to a very successful and timely sale. Her knowledge, experience and positive attitude made the difference!
I have worked with Shirley for almost 10 years. She has bought and sold several properties for us. She is truly a professional who can navigate and handle all aspects of the sale and purchase of real estate. Our experience with her has always been excellent and I recommend her frequently to friends and clients. I wouldn’t consider working with anyone else. I trust her and look forward to continuing to work with her in the future.
It was a pleasure to work with Shirley on the sale of our property. She is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Shirley provided expert guidance and practical advice all through the process -- helping us understand the property and marketing strategy, getting comps on similar properties, suggesting how to get the property ready for sale, providing recommendations for service providers, and working with prospective clients. We feel so thankful that we had Shirley as our realtor! She is fabulous!
With many years of selling Real Estate Shirley Bayer is the right choose for an agent to buy or sell a house. She was always there if we had questions, she always had our interest in selling and buying both houses. We can't say enough good about her as a person and Real Estate agent, she is a AAA+ agent.
Shirley has all the attributes listed above. However, her kindness and understanding far outweigh those skills. Had it not been for her patience and support until I was ready to sell my home I would probably not have done so for quite some time. She took the fear out of the equation for me. As a single woman selling my home was a very big and a very, very hard decision for me to make. Shirley was there, every step of the way during the seven months that it took me .move forward. The respect and support that she showed me during that time period is extremely rare these days in most all the business endeavours or transactions I have conducted over the past few decades. I truly had no second thoughts about selling once I made my final decision because of the trust I had in Shirley. She is a wonderful human being, and that makes her a great professional - unmatched by any other in my estimation....
