About 4 years ago Shirley helped my dad who was who was 89 at the time purchase a new home. She was GREAT!!!! Before we began our home search she asked a few questions so she could focus our efforts. Then she identified a number of good candidates for us to look. Given dad's age his stamina and attention span were limited.The patience she showed escorting dad and myself to various possible homes was amazing. Although we looked at a number of good prospects the irony is that we purchased the very first one she had selected. After we selected the right house she helped us through the negotiation and closing process. Giving us very valuable information and staying on top of the issues. Shirley did such a good job that when my daughter moved to Florida last year we did not hesitate to ask Shirley to help us again. She repeated all the same great contributions plus in my daughter's case she needed a few subject area experts to provide legal and engineering advice. Shirley maintains a contact list of a number fabulous real estate professionals. In my daughter's case the people she recommended did what they promised to do , in a timely professional manner and for the agreed upon fee. As needed Shirley maintained contact with us and the RE professionals to make sure everything moved along seamlessly. We recommend her highly.
