Shila Moran

I met Shila at an open house here in Los Angeles and she asked me what I was looking for as a buyer. I explained to her that location and function are extremely important to me as I wanted to continue with my New York lifestyle of being able to walk my neighborhood and to have a space in my home where I could work on music. Over the course of nearly a year, Shila was not only extremely patient with me, but also devoted to our mission and generally really awesome to hang out with. We hit open houses nearly every week and Shila had a preternatural sense for knowing whether I would like something (she also happens to know which broker openings are going to have the best food). When it came time to pull the trigger, Shila guided me through the process, talked me off of several ledges, and fought to insure that I was going to get my dream house. I absolutely could not have been happier.

Shila understood what my husband and I were looking for right away. She asked the right questions from the very beginning which allowed us to trust her immediately. She was in constant contact with us and kept us updated on when we would go out to see houses. The house hunting was very organized and time efficient and dare I say fun. My husband and I really enjoyed working with Shila because she found us a house that we loved but we learned about the LA market in the process. We are thankful to Shila for helping us find our home and wouldn't hesitate to contact her if and when we move again.
