At our first meeting she made sure to throughly explain that changes would soon be happening regarding the real estate laws on commission. She shared the many ways to market our house to buyers in the northeast, and kept track of the number of views and saves on the various real estate sites. She held several open houses at our request and gave an informed account of buyers who attended as well as followed up with each attendee the next day. We discussed different strategies to make our home more buyer friendly and as soon as we took her suggestion to use a neutral color paint inside, we immediately had a buyer. Sheryl was careful to point out features that were unique to our home which increased its value and were cost saving items to the buyer. She had a printed itemization of the many cost saving assets offered in our home and shared this with the prospective buyers. She also kept us appraised when other homes went on the market that may have been seen as competitive properties. Sheryl was always available to answer questions and would respond in a timely manner. Her honesty about interest rates was refreshing and reassuring and she kept us apprised of their status. Sheryl has a warm and friendly demeanor and soon felt like one of the family. She is thoughtful, kind, and always went out of her way to make us feel special with some goodies and treats! Sheryl worked diligently to market our house and kept us informed of her strategies. Her honesty made us assured that she was doing everything to sell our house including collaborating with other realtors that were also having open houses on the same day in our area. I can’t imagine using another agent and feel as though we hit the realtor jackpot with such an informed, hard working, honest, and kind agent.
