Sheryl Smith and her daughter Sasha went well above and beyond in handling the sale of my house. Personable, professional, patient and very informed on all the many rules and regulations and things to be aware of which are required by law in California. My house was not an easy house to show as it did have things needing updating and some repair, yet the Smith team made the house look great in photos after my small investment of a few thousand dollars to get is up to par. We were able to get well over asking in a speedy fashion while I was on my way out of state to a new home elsewhere- the big move was very stressful for me, but Sheryl and Sasha made the process seamless.
