Sheryl was amazing. She knew what I wanted for my house and she busted her tail showing my house over and over again until we had a buyer that offered what I wanted. She never tried to talk me down or make me jump through hoops in order to sell it. She never stopped working and because of that my house sold quickly and for what I wanted.

Sheryl is the best of the best of the best ! She took care of all the details, I didn't have to worry about any aspect of the sale. She spent hours explaining the maze of home sale legaities, and market considerations. I have recommended her to all my family and friends... I still consult her wise council for my next acquisition. Ok Sheryl you sold our house in under 3 days, but now we are on the clock to find a new one with a baby due in 6 weeks. No problem! Sheryl deftly maneuvered us through the red hot LA housing market out of our starter home and into an amazing second home that ticked all the boxes and exceeded many of our expectations (and moved in with a week to spare!). Yes, it was brutal, an emotional roller coaster, but Sheryl was there to help us every step of the way. Many late night texts and calls as Sheryl seemed to work around the clock and stayed in constant contact with us, acting immediately when we found something we liked. Sheryl helped us with our first home sale and we couldn't be happier with her performance and the results. COMMUNICATION, holy cow Sheryl never leaves you wondering. Generous with both information and her time, she really helped us understand the entire process and ensured we were comfortable with every step. Bottom line, we told her the number we'd be happy with and she had us an offer in under 2 days for that number and it was ultimately accepted and finalized within a month. The house sale process required some interaction with various contractors and city officials which Sheryl took care of when those people created roadblocks to finalizing the sale. The result was that i did not have to worry about paying attention to the details because Sheryl took care of all of them. For much of the process we were 1000 miles away and did not have to take a trip back to fix anything, Sheryl took care of everything in a timely manner, it was a very positive experience!
