This (by far) was the most exhausting, yo-yo house buying experience my husband and I have ever experienced (and between the two of us we’ve purchased 26 homes. The economy has been CRAZY with bidding wars, cash sales (no appraisal🥴), low appraisals and everyone raising their prices…a lot! Sherri took it all in stride and we continued to forge ahead until we found a house that suits our needs. I am short on patience and Sherri is long so we were complete❤️
