Our most recent experience was exceptional throughout the home buying and selling process. Sheryl always goes above and beyond, making the process as stress-free as possible. After she guided us through the purchase of a new home, she helped us stage our current home prior to offering it for sale. We sold our home quickly due to her advice in pricing and help in staging. This is our fifth transaction buying and selling properties with Sheryl as our agent. Sherly was easy to work with and had a number of really good ideas when we were preparing our house for sale. We were able to get acceptable offers even in a tight market, because of ever increasing mortgage rates. Few issues arising from the house inspection so the closing process was quick and Sheryl was able to stand in for us at the closing as we were out of town. Definitely would recommend her when you are ready to buy or sell your house.

Sheryl was amazing when we where looking for our house. My husband and I where buying our first house and we wanted something that had a little personality and if we needed to we could fix up. Sheryl worked amazing with my husband, they ended up actually finding our house when I was aware! Sheryl kept me in the loop with everything I didn't have a worry about what was going on. She was able to get everything done very quickly as well. All in all she is the only person I trust in finding any home in the future.
