Sheryl helped the reviewer buy this property

Sheryl was the Perfect match for us!

We were coming from out of state to purchase a home. I started looking over a year before we were ready to buy as I wanted to get an idea of what we were looking for and where the best neighborhood would be for us to look in. Sheryl expertly guided us based on our phone conversations and emails. She was easy to talk to, and made herself available to our family based on our limited schedule visiting FL. After a couple of visits, we all got to know what we truly wanted in our “winter home.” Sheryl thought Lake Clark Shores would be perfect for us. Wouldn’t you know, she was right! We absolutely LOVE our new home! So much so that we would love to live in FL all year long! Sheryl did an outstanding job negotiating with the sellers agent for us. We got an excellent price on the home! Thanks to Sheryl we paid less for it than we believe that it’s worth. We are so grateful for her guidance and expertise!
