Sheryl was professional, kind and helpful throughout the process of both buying our new house and selling our old one. It's been more than 20 years since we bought or sold anything and she was willing to explain every part of the process, the terminology and all the paperwork that was unfamiliar to us. Her advice was spot on with negotiating the purchase of our new home; and in considering the multiple offers we received when selling our old one.
