Sheryl and John are awesome to work with! They are very responsive and patient too! My wife and I looked for 4 years before finding the perfect home for our needs and tastes. They answer questions quickly, set up showings quickly and got us our new home. They cover for each other when one of them is not available. We would highly recommend Sheryl and John Peterson. Approximately 12 years ago, we met John at an Open House in Rockton, IL. Mom was looking for a condo. We found him very knowledgeable, responsive and patient throughout the whole process. We contacted John when we decided it was time for us to purchase a condo. We were in our Florida home at the time. We told him what we were looking for an he emailed us all the listings. We narrowed it down and our son and wife went with John and Sheryl and FaceTimed us. We purchased our South Beloit condo and moved in the middle of June 2019. Again, he did not disappoint. He made it the best possible experience.
