First time home buyer and we were excited but quite nervous and overwhelmed with what home buying entails with. I’ve heard many stories from friends and coworkers that the process is very tedious so I wasn’t really looking forward to it. House hunting is already stressful enough, agents shouldn't be. We were out there, with a budget and looking for a 3 beds and 2 bath house we can start with. Some days we with go around 4-5 houses a day once or twice a week bec of our busy schedule. He was there adjusting for our availability and needs. He would directly tell us if the house is a must or not. Almost 2 months of looking for our house, we got the deal, even after the inspection, he was there explaining all the things that was found.
